To All Teachers of A-Level German: Essay Writing Opportunity for Students

The Oxford German Network has just launched this year's edition of 'A German Classic' - an essay competition for sixth-form students. The set this year is E.T.A. Hoffmann's 'Der Sandmann'. All details are available here: http://www.ogn.ox.ac.uk/content/german-classics-prize

The link will also give you information about free study packs that will help students delve into this fascinating text. The deadline is 12 noon on Monday 2 September 2019. We also encourage all students interested in entering the competition to email their UK correspondence address to Karolina  Watroba(karolina.watroba@merton.ox.ac.uk) noon on 10 June to receive the free study pack.
